Your hosts for this weekend are Danielle Egnew and Melissa Scianna--

Danielle Egnew  is that downhome and slightly-goofy but weirdly knowledgable Psychic, Medium and Angel Translator seen on TRVL, Discovery+, ABC, NBC, The Washingon Post and the Huffington Post, to name a few. Named "America's #1 Psychic" by Ranker, "Most noted UFOlogist" and "Psychic of the Year" by UFO's and Supernatural Magazine, Danielle's podcast "InPsight" goes out to millions of listeners. She has been a content consultanton many TV and film endeavors, including CW's hit series Supernatural  (Visits with Danielle resulted in the character of "Castiel" and the angel storylines), Man of Steel, and Lifetime's America's Psychic Challenge, to name a few. Danielle is a fourth-generatin Montanan and has spent a lifetime exploring the mystical essence of her home state. Plus, she likes to hang out at a campfire and she may just bust out her guitar. (You may recall that Danielle Egnew fronted the groundbreaking 90's all-female band, Pope Jane.)

Melissa Scianna  has been exploring south central Montana and the Pryor Mountain area along with all its many treasures for 35 years. She will show you crystals, unique plants, fossils, and all sorts of historical places along with lots of information about local legends and elementals. Melissa pursued her love of botanicals to obtain a degree in Horticulture from the University of Connecticut where she taught and met world-renowned plant breeding and horticulture experts. Then, she followed her heart to Montana, where the real adventures began! As a practicing herbalist and energy healer, her time is spent hiking and exploring the most amazing places while gathering magical, medicinal and useful plants to respectfully share with others in in many forms including oils, teas, smoke cleansing and tinctures. Thousands of hikes have taught her about the plants, the stones, the history and the creatures that live in this place she calls home.Together, Danielle and Melissa have some pretty crazy stories - which they will save for around the campfire!

The Fun Details

Please bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, something you are comfortable swimming or wading in, a small backpack or carrying satchel for personal items on exploring days, clothing for both hot and cold days, and a hunger for seeing and learning amazing new things. Montana will likely be warm in late July, yet Montana also has a mind of it's own for weather, so a jacket in the evening is also recommended, as is a pair of jeans and socks.

This event is not appropriate for children under 15 and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Our longest excursion involves taking an approximately 2 mile walk at a slow easy pace. This is not a hike, but more of a meander. Danielle and Melissa are often lagging behind on family hikes because they’re always stopping to look at things! There is always the option of skipping the afternoon walk--we have so many other things planned--yet we hope you join us to see the phenomenal ancient rock paintings.

Please bring a light fanny pack, small backpack, or bag, for goodies you may collect along the way, or a water bottle. Though these are not expert level or long-duration "hikes", there are hills and uneven terrain to traverse, without wheelchair access. This is a real Montana experience - expect to be outdoors and experience safe and rustic living for the weekend.

The closest airport is in Billings, about a 45 minute drive from Bridger. If you choose to extend your trip, Bridger is about two hours from Yellowstone Park, 65 miles from the historical Cody, Wyoming, 27 miles from the beautiful Mountain hamlet of Red Lodge, Montana.

Accommodations include Friday and Saturday nights, July 26 and 27. Single and double occupancy available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note that this is a small, family-owned motel in a town of 800 people--the lodging is part of the true small-town Montana experience! (For example, no rooms include king-sized beds.) Couples will be encouraged to bunk in a room containing one bed. We will always do our best to accomodate guest needs!

Meals included are Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast plus snacks. We regret that we cannot accommodate special diets yet the meals will be a combination of healthy home-cooked foods of quality ingredients, and yummy-sweet campfire treats.

So wrangle up your spirit of adventure, mark your calendars for the adventure of a lifetime, and be one of only 10 folks to click the button below to register!
